Advantage Solutions Brand Manager in New York, New York
Quantum Networks, a division of Advantage Solutions, is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager who will help in fostering relationships with our vendors. You must be intellectually curious, goal and detail oriented, and put our customers first at all times. You will be focused on scouting the best products, negotiating aggressive pricing, closing deals and growing our categories for several clients as they grow their Amazon marketplace businesses.
• You will become the CEO of your own book of business, managing (externally and internally) a number of existing brands and the P&Ls of their online businesses to hit aggressive KPIs for brand & sales growth.
• Brand Management is the nucleus of Quantum; your brand goals are every departments’ brand goals. You will work with purchasing, merchandising, product development, marketing, and operations to control inventory management, pricing, promotions, listing optimization, advertising, and bundle research.
• You will coordinate with our other departments to secure participation in promotions and produce well-executed campaigns to support each client's account.
• Requires a minimum of 2-4 years in retail buying or account management
• Related business experience that demonstrates strong analytics, strategy development, and project leadership skills
• Amazon experience is a plus
• Proven track record of ownership, managing a P&L, pitching products and closing deals
• Highly organized with ability to present data in a compelling manner
• Bachelor's degree

The Client Services Manager is responsible for the creation, approval, and the implementation of events. These responsibilities include project development, budget management, execution monitoring, issue resolution, reporting, and invoicing. Manages all related financial activities while providing a high level of service to client representatives and co-workers. Assist the organization in achieving a services excellence culture.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Perform project management duties to include; event program tracking, timeline development and management, budget management, pre- and post-promotional analysis, and reporting.
Supervise team members and monitor their daily reporting and task performance.
Ability to make autonomous decisions on behalf of our company strategy.
Develop effective client and retailer relationships to facilitate communication and execution with internal departments to ensure that deliverables are successfully achieved.
May be responsible for monitoring and adjusting project budgets and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Responsible for over site of timeline revisions.
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports
Does not have direct reports, but may delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports.
Travel and/or Driving Requirements

May travel up to 25%
Education Level: (Required) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of experience in Consumer products, brand, or agency
Experience in event execution preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Possess negotiation, project management and research, analysis, and presentation skills.
RetailLink knowledge a plus
Creative thinker and self-starter who is able to effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong organization, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to present to large and small groups in a variety of settings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with positive attitude.
Able to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficient is MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
