Ensure that data and information are up to date and accurate. Work with various internal software programs to schedule work.
Review all incoming associates to ensure they have completed training and their training completion is designated in the system.
Review various reporting tools to identify long-term staffing gaps and works with management to request additional associate support.
Identify short-term staffing gaps and leverages existing talent and other resources to ensure event execution meets standards.
Identify long-term trends in events and workload and ensures that business is set up to execute to staffing targets.
Partner with management, HR and other Company departments regarding any related issues.
High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and Marketing is preferred
1-3 years of experience as an event specialist within the retail industry
Excellent problem-solving ability
Strong initiative and self-directed, ability to work independently with little or no supervision
Good customer service skills
Good organization and follow up skills

Work as part of a team to insure 100% scheduling and coverage (with a priority against scheduling) against in store assignments. Build reset jobs on a regional basis. Utilize proprietary management systems, and strong analytic and communication skills. Responsible for a specific geography, reporting to a Regional Operations Manager.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
PTS Input – Input requested work into PTS system as it is received from client and customers.
Manpower Negotiation/Review – Review incoming manpower requests in order to evaluate true need versus customer/client request. If excessive manpower request, forward to appropriate manager for review and/or contact appropriate person to reduce demand.
Non-Standard Work Requests - Upon review of manpower requests, if “non-standard” request, contact appropriate Manager in order to obtain approval prior to inputting requested work and scheduling.
Scheduling – Using the PTS System, schedule appropriate personnel based on skill set and geography in order to maximize efficiency and control costs. Identify manpower shortfalls and third party needs, seeking approval for all usage of outside resources. If third party approved, create P-net request and schedule the usage of said resources.
Work Timeline – All work must be completed each Friday by 3pm in order to allow RS review and feedback.

The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job
(Required): High School Diploma or GED
(Preferred): Bachelor's Degree
Field of Study/Area of Experience: Sales and Marketing
- 1-3 years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser within the Sales and Marketing industry.

Detail oriented with high accuracy level.

Strong understanding of retail reporting systems.
Safety: must have the ability to perform the job safely by demonstrating full awareness of his/her surroundings. Will utilize proper safety techniques and equipment use when necessary. Will be proactive in alerting Management of any unsafe act or condition to prevent injuries.
